SPF records All Cpanel Users should know and use.

The SPF record is something that helps verify the email that you send comes from you. It also helps people who get spam from Domains Looking like you Know that it is not from your server/domain.
Also do not forget to turn on "Domain Keys" in same part. Domain Keys really help with authentication emails with domains and track spam abusers.
